About the project At a time of rapid growth, the organisation needed to enhance top management capability to improve and maintain performance, while continuing to build on the core culture. This training was for Director level and above to CEO, some 150 in number at the time. The learners being globally dispersed, it was important to design the program in a way that participants could leverage the power of digital/remote, while still learning from each other in immersive classroom settings. The most important components were the demo talking head videos modelling the skills, and the classroom practice and mock sessions. | |

About the project For a K12 supplementary education company, it was imperative to have a strong product line-up potentially capturing as big of a school’s products-services pie as possible. This need drove extensive product line development. Close collaboration with Sales and market research ensured customer needs and market gaps were catered to. Sales teams were closely supported. Timelines were extremely crunched to meet short market cycles, however products were delivered on time, including entire range of new textbooks and multimedia programs in a 5-month time-frame.
